How Can I Determine the Right Amount of Weight to Lose?
A great starting point is to assess your body composition. Many local nutrition stores offer free InBody scans (though GNC does not), or you can opt for a DEXA scan for a more detailed analysis. These tools measure your body fat percentage and lean muscle mass, giving you a clearer picture of where you stand. Remember, the goal isn’t to eliminate every ounce of fat but to reach a healthy, sustainable weight that supports your overall well-being.
If getting a scan isn’t an option, you can also look up ideal body weight ranges based on your height, weight, and age. While these online estimates may not be precise, they can provide a general target to work toward.
Ultimately, if you need guidance, I can help tailor a plan that suits your specific needs and goals once I have more details about you.
What if I’m not seeing the weight changes I expected on the program?
Each plan I create is specifically tailored to meet the needs of my clients. If you're not seeing the progress you'd like, it could be due to factors such as inaccurate food measurement or weighing, or not pushing yourself hard enough in the gym or during cardio. I’m here to guide and support you with the tools and resources needed to achieve your goals, but ultimately, your progress depends on your commitment. If you're following the program exactly and still not seeing results, feel free to reach out through my help email, and we can review and adjust your plan.
I received an email stating that my program order has been fulfilled—where can I find it?
I send your programs and meal plans via email. Due to the links included, they might end up in your spam folder. Please check there.
What if I have a busy schedule and can't find the time to cook healthy meals?
This is a common concern, but the answer is never going to be "you can't do it." I've worked with plenty of clients who juggle full-time jobs and family responsibilities. Taking care of your health often begins with prioritizing things like meal prepping and staying active. If you feel like you don’t have an hour every few days to prepare your meals, it might be time to reassess how you're organizing your time.
Can I purchase a plan or program for my friend?
Yes, you can! As long as you can provide all the necessary details on the client information form, I can create a plan tailored to them.
I'm in high school—can I still get a plan?
There’s no age limit for my services, but if you're under 18, I do require that a parent or guardian handle the payment to confirm they’ve given their consent for the services.
